The HARE chopping board is designed to be large enough for all your everyday tasks. It is perfect for fruit, veg, meat and fish and is big enough to break down a large chicken. It is a solid board, weighing in at 2.5kg.

TOG chopping boards are made by hand in West Yorkshire, in small batches, by a man called Dan.
This board is primarily constructed from Beech, with stripes in American Black Walnut. Wood is naturally antimicrobial and, we believe, the most hygienic material for a chopping board. Our all timber is sourced from sustainably managed forests.
Our Ant, Hare and Ox chopping boards use end-grain construction, meaning the fibres of the wood are vertical. As you cut onto the board, the knife actually pushes down between fibres rather than cutting them and they close up again afterwards. It is easier on the knife and the board.
Our boards have removable feet for grip and to ensure they don’t sit in water. The chamfer makes them easier to pick up. We’ve given each model its own icon and laser etched it on the front, along with the board’s production number. The boards are finished with mineral oil, then with TOG board balm.
