I have recently taken delivery of my very own TOG knife and it has lived up to my highest expectations. It is simply stunning to look at, comfortable and effective in use, and easy to care for if the guidance is followed. But beware the careless user, this is a serious knife and super sharp. It does not take prisoners as a friend discovered…..

This knife is easily the one of the best knives I’ve used, the other being this ones bigger brother! It’s beautifully made and looks like a work of art. Definitely worth the money and I hope it lasts me many years.

Exceedingly aesthetically pleasing: with a razor sharp blade. Easily the best knife I’ve ever owned. When you use the TOG to cut anything it feels like an extension of your arm rather than holding something in your hand.

I bought my wife a multi-purpose TOG knife for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. Now I am committed to keeping it razor sharp with a ceramic whetstone and honing rod. She is eagerly waiting for a paring knife to be developed. Everything about the knife is just perfect, as is the response to questions from Bert.
