Our knife block safely stores and displays your TOG knives on your kitchen work surface, as well as making them instantly accessible. Its large size and double-sided design means you should be able to store a few others, too. The block features panels of unmilled Billy Tannery goat leather front and back to be kind to your blades. This is a solid piece weighing in at a massive 4.1kg and will give your knives pride of place in your kitchen. It stores knives of up to 27cm blade length.

Depending on your location either DPD, Royal Mail or Fed-Ex will deliver your order. We use DEVLND Fulfilment to ship our products, so this will appear on any messages from DPD, Royal Mail or Fed-EX - e.g. "Your parcel from DEVLND Fulfilment is due to be delivered today."

All age-restricted items will be sent via DPD Next Day. Non age-restricted items can be sent via Royal Mail 24hr or Royal Mail 48hr. Order by 12pm for next day.

- Package your product very securely. Knives must not pierce the packaging even if it is dropped. Ideally use the original packaging.

block construction
Our knife block is hand made in small batches by a craftsman named Steve in his workshop in Wiltshire, UK. The block is constructed from a solid piece of American Black Walnut to match our chopping boards. This stunning material is dense, beautiful and sourced from sustainably managed forests.
Billy tannery leather
We are launching this product in collaboration with our friends at Billy Tannery in Withcote, UK. This awesome company kindly supplied the unmilled goat leather used front and rear on our knife block. Co-founder Jack explains:
“Billy Tannery is a new kind of leather company. After discovering that not one goat hide left over from the UK food industry was being tanned here, we decided to do something. Tapping into local leather knowledge we built a pioneering microtannery and our sustainable, bark-tanned goat leather now completes the circle from food to leather.”
Base
The base of the knife block is made from solid stainless steel, to match the knife blades above it. It is laser cut to give a precision finish.
Under the base are attached four non-slip feet that won’t mark your counter top. These make the block feel even more solid.
hidden continuous magnets
We have specified high quality, continuous magnets with exactly the right strength. This means that you can remove the knives without the block moving and also that the knives won’t move once they’re on the block. It was a delicate balance to get it perfect.
