These guys are all about local, sustainable and seasonal – if it’s not in season, they will have invented a method of storing it for when it’s needed!

It comprises a 17cm Santoku (the most versatile of all knives), our ‘HARE’ edge grain chopping board (39x29x4cm) and a ceramic honing rod for blade maintenance. It also includes the beautiful cookbook from The Ethicurean which follows a year in their beautiful kitchen and walled garden. The restaurant is famed for being at the forefront of the fermentation and foraging movements and for growing most of its own food on site. The book contains 120 recipes and a year of seasonal inspiration.
