@ahalfbakedidea Livvy Potts (Pictured above) is live streaming demos on how to make the most of what’s currently in your larder or fridge. Recipes saved onto her stories include sausage rolls, various breads and lemon cake.
@breadaheadbakery is live streaming baking tutorials at 2pm daily on Instagram including doughnuts, bakewell tart and no kneed sourdough.
Matt Adlard @mattadlard is streaming isolation recipes and offers online classes for all abilities, helping you to master baking and pastry (www.mattadlard.com/bake-it-better).
Elly Pear @ellypear is live streaming practical recipes, offering tips on how to lengthen the life of perishables, giving store cupboard and batch cooking ideas and has an isolation guide saved on her highlights. She is also answering questions and giving advice on to how to adapt recipes or use the ingredients you have at home.
@knivmeisterflex has lots of tips from Clare, who used to be the food editor of Jamie Magazine and is also the creator of www.foodandforaging.com. A recent post included edible wild flowers you can find in your garden.
@alisoneroman, author of NYT bestseller Nothing Fancy and Dining In, has been posting SOS stories and answering questions. She often posts her favourite recipes and useful kitchen hacks to her Instagram account
Alessandra AKA The Pasta Queen @iamalessandralauria is offering pasta classes online (link in her bio)
@rosiefoodie Rosie Birkett, food writer and Sunday Times and BBC Good Food columnist is sharing lots of easy recipes
@5oclockapron has spoken to Sky News about how to eat creatively while watching the pennies. Coronavirus-What-Food-To-Cook-On-A-Budget She (Claire Thomson) is also Bristol based and is offering to batch cook and deliver to anyone who is self isolating or can’t get out to shop. She is posting live videos of her and her three daughters making an array of dishes including DIY banana granola, leftover porridge bread and and leftover spaghetti frittata.
@hollow_legs is posting lots of delicious recipes including a whole host of budget recipes
@chefcalum is sharing local South London independents who are still delivering or offering takeaways as well as delicious recipes to cook at home.
@editotrkarenb Delicious Magazine Editor and the magazine team @deliciousmag are offering a Q&A service – send what you’ve got in your cupboard and they’ll help find a recipe or adjust a recipe to help you throw together a great-tasting, nutritious meal. Also linking to useful recipes on the Delicious Mag website including sourdough.
@thefeedfeed is an account fuelled by cooks with a feast of recipes, videos and meal plans.
Every Friday at 5pm @rudehealth is sharing cooking videos on its Facebook and Instagram channels teaching you how to make your own health foods to boost your immunity. They also have published a blog post listing all the companies that are delivering fresh foods across the UK, right to your doorstep (rudehealth.com)
Jenny Tschieche, a nutrition expert, is doing live videos from her Facebook page, The Lunchbox Doctor, with a new recipe every day at 10.15. Videos include tips for making healthy snacks, improving the immune system and making meals using leftovers.
